  • The “we”, “us” or “our” in this policy, refer to Identity Games International B.V., located at the Westersingel 108, 3015 LD in Rotterdam.

From who do we process the personal data and how to we get these information?

We process the personal data of anyone who has had direct or indirect contact with Identity Games International BV, such as customers or partners.

We receive information directly from you when you visit our website, create an account and enter some data, or when you contact our customer service.

In some cases we receive your information from third parties, but only if the parties consent to share with us some information.

Which data will be processed, where do we use them for and how long are they kept?

Data to process your order: if you order something, we need some information from you to deliver your order and to keep you updated about your delivery. For any returns we need this information also from you. To process this, we collect your name, email address, delivery address (es), payment details and phone number. These data are needed to conclude the agreement you signed with us (or our partners). Under Dutch law, we must keep the information regarding your order for a period of 7 years.

Service data: we may share your personal information you provide us in connection with the use of our services. The transaction information can include your name, card data and transaction data. We may share this information with third parties (provides transaction services who are our partners).

Information for marketing: we have lists, special promotions and new elements that we want to share with you. We share it via email and/or social media. If you have an account with us or one or more orders placed, we will give you suggestions about our products and services. If you agree, we will send you an email with offers, personal recommendations and information.
